Brings together academics representing colleges and universities which have a hazard, disaster, emergency management or homeland security academic program in place, are investigating or developing a program, or are interested in working with FEMA to develop such a program.
Encourages and supports inter-school dialogue on issues, challenges and problems related to hazard, disaster, or emergency management higher education.
