The Hart/Rudman, Gilmore and Bremer Commissions have
provided Congress and the national security community with
three different approaches, analysis and recommendations for
Homeland Defense. Understanding the various perspectives and
recommendations of each commission, along with the consensus
issues will provide a valuable overview.
