Seeking Homeland Security Professionals and Administrative Staff
ANSER
is seeking motivated professionals, for mid-level and senior positions,
in support of homeland security missions. ANSER performs technical, operations
and systems analysis for several U.S. Government agencies
to mitigate the threat of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and strengthen
homeland security.
The
ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree or senior level expertise
in one or more of the following disciplines: engineering, mathematics,
operations research, chemistry, biology, physics, economics, public health,
medicine, computer science, behavioral science. Additionally, these positions
will encompass the following technical skills:
- Systems
Analysis: risk analysis, architecture development, systems engineering,
technology development, integration and assessment, modeling and simulation,
test and evaluation, testbed planning, WMD sensor development, neutralization
and decontamination techniques, program management.
- Threat
Characterization:
scenario development, vulnerability and risk assessment, WMD countermeasures
development, red-teaming, intelligence operations.
- Concepts
of Operation Development: exercise design and implementation,
metrics design, standards and interoperability assessment, simulations
design.
- Strategic
Planning: acquisition and investment decision making, resource
allocation, cost modeling, economic impact analysis, mission analysis,
requirements generation processes, policy analysis, program planning.
Additionally,
we are looking for individuals, with the specified experience and skills,
to fill the following administrative positions:
- Technical
Recruiter: Experienced professional with demonstrated success
in recruiting highly qualified individuals in engineering, mathematics,
scientific, economics, and policy fields. Candidates must have excellent
written and oral communications skills, and ability to develop pools
of qualified candidates and screen applicants.
- Program
Control Administrator: Experienced in program management, cost
and schedule tracking and control, financial management, and program
budgeting. Must have strong analytical skills and experience with
analysis and program management tools.
- Security
Officer: Candidate must have extensive experience in the compliance
and implementation of all aspects of the NISPOM.
- Executive
Assistant: Experienced professional with strong organizational
and communications skills. Must be able to deal effectively with senior
management, clients, and professional staff
All available
positions will report to our Arlington, VA, headquarters building. Selected
applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and
must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
