Charter

The HOMELAND SECURITY STUDIES AND ANALYSIS INSTITUTE (HSsaI) is a Congressionally chartered Federally Funded Research and Development Center.* We are dedicated solely to supporting the Department of Homeland Security and the homeland security mission.
